We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location right beside the Onega Lake promenade was absolutely stunning. It provided us with a breathtaking view of the lake and its surroundings. The service here was top-notch, with the staff speaking fluent English and always ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were delighted to find amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area in the room was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There's no shelf in the bathroom. Even for a very spartan man, there's no way to lay anything off. The hotel offers a selection of cushions, which is actually very nice. Only when you order a pillow, you learn that the order costs and is not free

It's lovely place for visiting some must see attractions in Petrozavodsk. Breakfast was good, lots of food. Fantastic views from the rooms. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Besides, it offers free WiFi...

The street outside is quite very noisy.

The location of this hotel was simply amazing! We could see the majestic lake from our window which made the experience more worthwhile. The staff was very friendly and always there to assist. The breakfast was a three-course menu and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The restaurant was available all day and we relished lunch and dinner for reasonable prices.

The only issue we faced was the noise generated from the club across the street. The music played until wee hours of the morning and it disturbed our sleep.

Were not disappointed by any court! . We borrowed bicycles. . There's water dispensers in the hallways. Great location right by the lake. All in all, perfect. Have enjoyed the stay very much!

The new, modern hotel is perfectly located with a great view of the port and Onego Lake. The restaurant offers a beautiful view and amazing food. The staff is helpful and speaks English. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has its own private parking. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, including local cuisine. The fish restaurant on-site has a great selection of wines.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Great view from the breakfast room and from the terrace over the lake. Great location quiet at the lake at the beginning of the big promenade. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Balcony was with lateral lake view, however, the lake was hardly to be seen thanks to the beautiful big trees. In contrast to the beautifully renovated hotel, the balcony seemed to be a little outdated and crumbly, therefore not very inviting to stay there.

The location by the lake was unique. The breakfast and the breakfast room are simply fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the whole hotel was very modern and aesthetically decorated. We liked the beds.

The elevator was missing. Our room was on the second floor. It was difficult to climb the many stairs with the suitcases.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. We were able to easily access the nearby amusement park and explore the town. the breakfast provided was tasty and included a variety of options. We also appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's lobby, which was decorated for the holiday season.

Our room was very noisy throughout our entire stay. We could hear people walking in the hallway and there was constant noise from the ventilation system.
